Jen and Brianna provided exceptional service to aid us in our house hunt along the I-35 corridor northeast of San Antonio. Jen is very knowledgeable, patient, and always eager to be of assistance. You want her on your side! When we visited subdivisions, she was always direct with the sales folks, pressing them for important information that might not have been forthcoming otherwise. She asked relevant questions that my wife and I would never have thought to ask. She helped us to fully understand the pros and cons of each property, which in turn helped in our decision-making. Her guidance was essential and greatly appreciated. In addition, Brianna’s support was fantastic. She is definitely the go-to person for help with the nuts-and-bolts of the process. They make a great team. I’d like to add a note about how they went the extra mile on our behalf. We are relocating from out of state and were therefore unable to be on site for the blue tape and follow-up walk-throughs. The ladies helped to work out the logistics. They stepped in as our representatives, providing us with real-time communication during the inspections, as well as thorough follow-up reports that included narrated videos and a private online photo gallery they created so that we could keep track of items the builder needed to address. It was so helpful and provided some real peace of mind.
